Symphonic Band

Symphonic Band is comprised of the most advanced musicians involved in the instrumental music program.  The group performs some of the most advanced literature in the wind band repertoire. Many students in the group take private lessons and perform in other ensembles that meet outside of the regular school day.

Students will prepare a variety of musical selections for a number of performances, including our Winter Concert, Chamber Music Festival and the Spring Concert and Awards program.  In addition, students will participate in several adjudicated events that are sponsored by the Ohio Music Education Association.  These opportunities will present us with feedback about our performance and present new challenges as we strive for excellence!
