Bolich Middle School Faculty

Amy Bertleff grew up in a small town in Massachusetts called Hubbardston and moved to attend Kent State University in 2008. She graduated from Kent State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Music degree and a minor in education, 2015 with a Master of Education in Educational Psychology, and 2022 with a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Psychology. Mrs. Bertleff student taught in 2012 with Mrs. Culver at the High School and fell in love with the Falls band program and teaching music and it was a dream come true to be hired at Bolich Middle School in 2013. At Bolich, she teaches 180 amazing band students that make it easy to come to school every day. Dr. Bertleff is a bassoon player by trade, but played the tenor saxophone in marching band and jazz band. Aside from band, Dr. Bertleff enjoys running, rock climbing, yoga, playing video games, NPR, and reading.
