If you were not able to attend or need an additional copy of the yearly packet or the trip packet, please see below to download and print. Please note, this year students are required to have both the regular med form AND a physical on file in order to participate in marching band. As always, do not hesitate to contact Mr. Harris or Ms. Lambert with any questions you may have regarding the season or the Chicago trip.
